About Us

Open Mic Cafe & Cuisine began in Lahore, founded by renowned Pakistani broadcaster and entertainer Aftab Iqbal around a simple idea: food that celebrates culture, quality and genuine hospitality. In December 2022, Open Mic opened its first Canadian location in Mississauga, bringing that Lahore spirit to the Dixie community.

The menu is built on authentic Pakistani cooking: traditional Lahori nashta like paya and halwa puri, Shinwari chicken and goat, sizzling BBQ, rich karahi, Rohu fish and biryani. True to the Open Mic name, food has always come paired with culture and live entertainment.
